We purchased this on sale over the holidays, and when it arrived without the game boards Amazon refused to replace (after the price had increased again) only refund out deeply discounted price only after we shipped the toy back. Buy it somewhere else.

IT DID NOT WORK… MY SON GOES TO THE GAME SHELF AND PULLS OUT THE GOOD OLD STANDARD CANDYLAND GAME….

This toy is somewhat cheaply made. It can be difficult to operate, even for an adult. There is not a lot of educational value, other than listening and following directions, and taking turns (not that those are unimportant). I feel that we could have better spent the money to purchase this game, on a different toy.

I bought this game for my son because so many people love it. Its dull and my son quickly grew bored with it. Save your money. Get real Candy Land instead.
